B.I.D.E Summit Terms and Conditions

1. Event Registration
– Attendance is free, but tickets must be booked online via our official registration form.
– Each individual must complete a separate registration form to obtain a ticket.

2. Eligibility
– Tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the person named on the registration form.

3. Cancellation
– If you can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible to allow others to take your place.

4. Conduct
– All attendees must adhere to our code of conduct, promoting respect, belonging, inclusion, diversity, and equity.
– Any behaviour deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the event.

5. Privacy
– Personal information collected during the registration will be solely used for the summit and the awards and will not be shared with third parties.

6. Changes to the Event
– B.I.D.E. reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or speakers. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes.

7. Photography and Recording
– The event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in future B.I.D.E. promotional materials.
